The state Department manages all United States visas for the United States                        

An embassy or consulate of the United States in their country of origin are ideal places to get complete and accurate information on visas. Another good source of information can be found on the websites maintained by the State Department of the United States. www.travel.state.gov try to explain the basics here, but the rules are complex and can change regularly. Therefore you can not use this information as the definitive source of information.
There are many types of visas 
There are three main categories of visas. Visitor visas, Tourist visas are also known more readily available. Allow the recipient to visit the United States for up to three months, but do not allow visitors to work in the United States. Visas for temporary employment are very limited and therefore more difficult to obtain. Allow holders to work in the United States for a specified period, usually between six months and five years. Immigrant visas entitle the holder to live in the United States, to work and to enjoy most of the privileges of citizenship.    Depending on individual circumstances, immigrant visas can often be difficult or impossible to obtain. 
Some tourists do not need visa                              
Most tourists and business people traveling to the United States did not have a visa or if you need a single visitor visa. The State Department currently allows nationals of 27 countries to enter the United States without a visa under the pilot program Visa Waiver Program. If you are a citizen of one of the following countries and have a valid passport and want to visit the United States for less than 90 days, you do not need a visitor visa: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Denmark, Finland , France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. 

How to get a visitor visa         

If you are a citizen of any other country or whether to remain in the United States for more than 90 days
must obtain a visitor visa before entering the United States. You must apply for a visa at an embassy or consulate of the United States in their country of residence. You must provide proof that you are a permanent resident or have strong ties to their country of origin. Such evidence may include ownership of property or business, family ties, permanent employment, a letter from a citizen of the United States assume responsibility or other factors indicate that you will return to your home country after your stay in the United States. You will need to provide enough evidence to convince the hearing officer at the embassy that you will return home. 
Temporary work visas       
There are many categories of temporary work visas applied to a wide variety of circumstances. IN PICTURES - With 83 million foreigners received in 2013, according to the World Tourism Organization, France is ahead of the United States and Spain. This development is supported by the European Union statistics on the number of nights.

What is sex tourism

Sex Tourism is the practice of traveling outside the country or your province to have sexual relations with indigenous peoples, mostly against financial remuneration. These relationships may be of prostitute (s) or local for sex to obtain financial benefits, if not misery.

    + Child prostitution. 
    + The child sexual abuse crimes. 
    + Indecent acts. 
    + Child pornography. 
    + Incest. 

A conviction carrying a maximum punishment of imprisonment up to 14 years. Many countries have adopted similar laws.
